By submitting your information to schedule an appointment, you consent to have a Tim's Office contact you by phone, text, or email to discuss Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Prescription Drug plans. Submitting this request does not obligate you to enroll in any plan.

Required Medicare Disclosures

Plan Availability: We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent a majority of organizations which offer well over 100 products in your area. Contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY users should call 1-877-486-2048), 24 hours a day/7 days a week, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
